1. Product Overview
Our die-cut PE foam is fabricated from high-density/low-density polyethylene foam, coated with acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive on one or double sides, and customized by precision die-cutting processing into various shapes, sizes and thicknesses. We provide one-stop die-cutting service for all PE foam series, including self-adhesive PE foam pads, closed-cell PE foam gaskets, anti-slip PE foam strips, shock-absorbing PE foam cushions, flame retardant PE foam die-cut parts, conductive PE foam die cuts, gap-filling PE foam tapes, etc. All shapes, thickness, adhesive strength and dimensions can be tailored to customers’ drawings or samples.

- Light Weight & Flexible: Soft texture, easy to bend, fit irregular curved surfaces without hard edges.
- Custom Adhesive Options: Single-sided / double-sided acrylic glue, high tack / low tack adhesive available, no residual glue after peeling off.
- Optional Flame Retardant & Anti-static Grade: FR PE foam and ESD conductive PE foam for electronic industry safety requirements.
